Terms and Conditions

We do our best to accurately estimate when items will be dispatched from our distribution centre here at mickwall.com. Estimated dispatch dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and package items for dispatch.
Our estimated dispatch dates are always a range of dates. It is entirely possible for an item that has not been dispatched by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our delivery estimate.
We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated delivery dates and adding the time it takes a package to travel from our distribution centre to your destination address.
Please Note: the total delivery time (from when you place your order to when it arrives) for a UK Delivery is 2-5 days. International deliveries will vary according to that countries import regulations.
When a postal carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a refund for the items price only (delivery charges are not refundable).
We are unable to re-send packages that are returned to us as undeliverable. If you would still like to purchase those items, you’re welcome to place a new order on our website stating a different address.
If you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed and you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after four weeks from the estimated delivery date, please contact us at csmail@mickwall.com

Why was my package undeliverable?
Our carriers may deem a package undeliverable for one of the following reasons:
Incorrect Address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order.
If a BFPO address is entered as an international address, the package will not reach its destination. We cannot deliver to post office box addresses.
Address Format. If a post office box address was entered in a format our system does not recognise, the package may accidentally be dispatched via a carrier that cannot deliver to a post office box.
Other Address Problems. If the order is being dispatched to a prison, there may be delivery restrictions associated with the items or carriers. These restrictions are determined by each institution and may vary.
Failed Delivery Attempts. Most of our carriers make three attempts to deliver a special delivery package. Packages that contain more than 50 GBP of items will always require a signature; otherwise, it is generally at the driver’s discretion to determine whether a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package will be returned to us.
Refused by Recipient. If a gift recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. If you want to place a new order for the gift, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.
In rare cases, it is also possible that the address label became illegible during the delivery process.

Cooling-off Period
1. Purchases
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please email our customer support at csmail@mickwall.com
Please note: that we cannot accept returns if you deliver them to us by hand.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service to insure we receive the returning item.
Please note: that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. In this situation please contact csmail@mickwall.com first.
You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item, we cannot refund any priority, express, courier component or any of the postage charges.

Our Refunds Policy
This page describes how we calculate refunds and outlines our policy on refunds. Our refunds policy does not affect your statutory rights. Some notes about refunds:
When you send your item back to us we’ll process the returned item then notify you via e-mail of your refund. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within three weeks of our receiving your return.

How Refunds Are Calculated
Items returned because they are damaged, defective or incorrect
If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or, in accordance with our returns policy, because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you but cannot pay your costs of returning it to us.
Mickwall.com will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
Items returned within the seven-day cooling off period
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered.
We will not refund the cost of your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.

Mickwall.com reserve the right to reject any purchase or potential purchase for any reason at the discretion of mickwall.com
